1. Rental Requirements

Renters must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid, full-category driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years.

A major credit card in the renter’s name is required for the security deposit.


2. Booking & Payment

Full payment is due at time of booking via Cash, Bitcoin, Stripe or PayPal.


3. Cancellation & Modification

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your pickup date.

Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 25% booking fee.

To modify your reservation (dates, vehicle), please contact us at least 72 hours before pickup; subject to availability.


4. Insurance & Liability

Basic liability insurance is included.

You may purchase full-coverage insurance for an additional $30/day.

Renter is financially responsible for any damage not covered by insurance, including deductible and administrative fees.


5. Fuel & Mileage

Vehicles must be returned with a full tank. If not, we’ll refill at cost plus a $30 service charge.

Rentals include 100 miles per day. Additional miles are billed at $1.50/mile.


6. Additional Drivers

Each extra driver (must meet same age/license requirements)

All drivers must be declared and added at time of booking.


7. Pickup & Return

Standard pickup/drop-off is at our Orlando location.

Delivery/pickup within a 25-mile radius is available for $50 flat fee.

Vehicles must be returned by the agreed time or late fees apply ($100/hour).

8. Usage Restrictions

No off-road use, racing, towing, or driving under the influence.

No smoking or pets without prior approval—$250 cleaning fee applies for violations.


9. Breakdown & Roadside Assistance

24/7 roadside assistance is included.

In the event of mechanical failure, we’ll repair or replace the vehicle as quickly as possible.


10. COVID-19 Policy

If you or a family member tests positive within 48 hours of pickup, you may reschedule once at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
